What we collect

Account email addresses and business data you enter into the application (leads, orders, maintenance tasks, claims records). Data is stored in our own database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and is not shared with or sold to third parties.

Services we use

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery

No analytics trackers or advertising SDKs are used.

Email preferences

Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days and enforced by a suppression list.
